This Privacy Policy describes how Mindshare Club LLC (“Unblur,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal information when you use the Unblur mobile application (“App”), the Unblur Skin Shop, our websites (including unblur.skin and mindshare.tools), our APIs, admin tools, and related services (collectively, the “Services”).
By using the Services, you agree to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services. This policy should be read together with our Terms & Conditions.
Mindshare Club LLC is the operator of Unblur. For privacy inquiries, contact us at privacy@mindshare.tools or support@mindshare.tools.
This policy applies to personal information we process about consumers who use the Services. It does not apply to information we process solely in an employment or business-to-business context unrelated to the App.
The Services are intended for users who are at least 18 years old (or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, if higher). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18.

If you use photo features, we collect images and related metadata, including:
Facial images may be treated as sensitive personal information or biometric-related data in some jurisdictions. We use them to operate analysis and progress features you initiate, not for unrelated identification of you in public spaces.

We configure our use of third-party AI services to provide the Services to you; providers’ own terms and privacy policies may also apply to their processing.
We may retain logs of prompts, responses, and analysis outputs to maintain your history, improve quality, and investigate abuse. We do not authorize AI providers to use your personal information to train their public models where we have the ability to opt out or contractually restrict such use.
We share personal information only as described below:

These parties are authorized to use personal information only as needed to provide services to us and are subject to contractual confidentiality and security obligations.

If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, bankruptcy, or sale of assets, personal information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you where required by law.
We may share information when you ask us to or when you intentionally interact with a third party through the Services (for example completing checkout on Shopify or authorizing Apple Pay).
Our marketing website and support pages use minimal technologies:
We do not use third-party advertising cookies on the Unblur web pages described in this policy. We do not currently use cross-app tracking for targeted advertising. If we introduce analytics or advertising technologies in the future, we will update this policy and, where required, obtain consent.
We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Retention periods vary by data type:
When we no longer need personal information, we delete it or de-identify it in accordance with our retention schedule and applicable law.
We implement technical and organizational measures designed to protect personal information, including:

To exercise these rights, email privacy@mindshare.tools or support@mindshare.tools. We may need to verify your identity before responding. You may also delete photos within the App where that feature is available.
You can opt out of push notifications via iOS Settings. You can stop marketing emails, if any, using the unsubscribe link in those messages.
If you are a California resident, you may have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act and California Privacy Rights Act, including:
We do not sell personal information for monetary consideration. We do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising as defined under California law. Sensitive personal information we collect (such as account credentials, precise geolocation if ever collected, health-related questionnaire responses, and facial images) is used only to provide the Services you request.
California residents may designate an authorized agent to submit requests on their behalf. We will verify agent authority as required by law.
